This place is so good! I consider myself a coffee snob, and it passed the test. Highlights: such a cute vibe inside. They have dip and dots type coffee!! So good. Lots of yummy sounding signature drinks. Downside, the inside is a little small… wish it was bigger! There are some food options too.
It was my first time visiting, and the staff was extremely friendly. The signature sandwich is delicious and I highly recommend it. I asked for a recommendation for a coffee and she suggested what I believe was called the blueberry cobbler cold brew, it’s a seasonal drink (fall), and I’m pretty sure it’s the best coffee I’ve ever had!! If you’re in the Austintown area, I highly recommend stopping here. I’ll be back for sure!!
This is my 2nd stop at Grizzly Bean Coffee House here in Austintown, Ohio. The first time there, I stopped to check out their menu and what they had to offer, as far as coffees. I believe the owner was there considering it was the same day the local news station interviewed them. He told me all about what they had and what he recommended as far as the menu goes. He recommended pretty much everything on the menu!! This morning, I decided it's time to stop and give their sandwiches a try. I ordered the Grizzly Bee, with your choice of Sausage or Bacon for the meat part of it, which I didn't realize I had that choice. So myself I would rather have the sausage patty over the bacon. It was absolutely one of the best breakfast sandwiche I've had from a small business. The staff was friendly, cheerful, and answered any and all my questions when it came to ordering. They went above and beyond, and when another customer came in after I had arrived, they greeted them with the same respect and friendliness that I received when I came into the business. I also ordered the Avacodo Toast, with Guacamole, bagel all seasoning, feta seasoning, feta cheese and choice of Hot Honey or Grizzly Sauce, I opted for the Hot Honey, I forgot to mention it is done on a multi grain bread and toasted. It was a good sandwich as well. I wanted just a large black coffee, their house coffee has a great taste, not weak, not too strong, myself I prefer a coffee that's as dark as used motor oil, but all in all its a great coffee! They also sell the coffee so you are able to make some at home as well. If you're in the area and looking for something quick, good and friendly service and staff stop in and check them out! They also have dine in, a drive thru and inside you just walk to counter place your order and made fresh!!!
Out-of-towners looking for coffee, not from a national chain, this place is fantastic!! The best muffins ever, and my mother and husband got breakfast sandwiches, and they loved them as well. My mother also got a white mocha something; she says it was absolutely amazing. Ordered hot chocolate for my young kids, and the baristas were so kind to get it to the PERFECT temperature for them. Thank you!
The best coffee around! I live in Canton and we have a lot of local coffee shops that I love! So when I came home to Youngstown I just had to try Grizzly Bean. It was SO good! Definitely going to be my go to every time I'm in town! 10/10!!
I stopped in the Grizzly Bear Coffee House in Austintown, Ohio to grab a coffee & a bite to eat. When you walk in, you are greeted by the wonderful decor of everything Grizzly Bear. As you read the menu, you will immediately enjoy the play on words as it incorporates the word “bear” into almost everything. Example, I couldn’t resist ordering the drink….the Pablo Esco-Bear!!! I also ordered the Turkey Signature sandwich, which I absolutely enjoyed. The staff were friendly & attentive, which always makes for a good dining experience. As I sipped my coffee I saw how busy this place was. The staff did a great job on the counter & drive-thru customers. It is a very cozy café with a great relaxing atmosphere. I enjoyed my experience here and will definitely be returning in the future for more “bear” goodness.

We tried the Grizzly Bean earlier this week. 10/10, I would recommend ! Amber waited on us. She was very friendly and knowledgeable of the drinks and monthly specials. Amber made me a caramel steamer and it was delicious!! I get steamers everywhere I go and this one was fantastic!! My fiancée got one of the monthly specials and he thought it was amazing. We will definitely be frequent customers.
